Robert A. Goth served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II as a First Lieutenant in the 354th Fighter Squadron, 355th Fighter Group. He entered the service in Missouri. He was killed in action on April 4, 1945 in command of the P-51D ( 44-14704) WR-R " Psyche ", shot down by an Fw 190 near Ludwigslust. He is now buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupré, Belgium.
